Bread Street Kitchen by Gordon Ramsay, is a restaurant that reflects its London roots along with special elements reinvented to successfully create a Singaporean eatery. In collaboration with Wilson Associate’ Blueplate Studio-Singapore, we created a stunning two-storey restaurant and bar featuring a stone-hearth oven anchoring the 1st floor open kitchen that specializes in made-to-order pizza and bread. The 2nd floor has a unique industrial chic bar set-up and dining area with a live cold cut section which make this among the top restaurants to dine at in Marina Bay Sands.
