ORIGINE is a flexible all day kitchen, it is essentially the breakfast room of the hotel in the morning and can be transformed into a semi-buffet or a-la carte restaurant during lunch and dinner. ORIGINE is connected to the Chinese restaurant (LE) during breakfast and splits off to become 2 restaurants during lunch and dinner. LE is a modern Chinese restaurant that is able to operate together with the western brasserie (ORIGINE) to form the breakfast room in the morning and becomes a specialty restaurant during lunch and dinner.
