The flagship Rosewood Hotel property opened in early 2019 and CKP was proud to complete our second project with the prestigious brand. CKP collaborated with world renowned designers Tony Chi and Parts&Labour on seven different restaurants and bars throughout the ultra luxurious property.

Chef de Cuisine Kwok Wai Chung serves a diverse mix of comforting creations marrying Cantonese dishes with international influences. Each design each show kitchen feature like the custom rose gold display fridges, twin stone hearth ovens and bespoke cooking stoves which evoke a feeling of Europe’s golden age cafés and brasseries.
