Melissa Yarman is is a graduate in BEng (HONS) Chemical Engineering from the University of Nottingham and is a professional member of the Foodservice Consultant Society International (FCSI). Additional accomplishments include completing a certificate program with Cornell University in Hotel Planning and Design.
Melissa Yarman, Principal Consultant and VP Operations of CKP Hospitality Consultant, leads the Dubai branch in charge of the EMEA division. Melissa Yarman has played a key role in growing CKP’s presence in the EMEA region through providing services such as F&B Operational Facilities Planning, F&B Logistics and Strategy Master Planning, Solid Waste Management and Strategy Mapping as well as Foodservice & Laundry Design Consultant.
Melissa Yarman has led the delivery of over 30 hotel projects ranging from new builds to retrofits, ranging between branded residences to Ultra Luxury brands.
